Understand yourself. See your choices more clearly.

You may find yourself having the same argument, reacting more strongly than you intended, putting off a decision or facing a transition that is harder than expected.

You may understand what happened but still wonder why you keep responding in the same way. Individual coaching offers time to examine the situation, notice what may be driving your response, and consider how you might respond differently.

The aim is not to label you or suggest that you need fixing. It is to help you understand what may be happening and decide what you want to do about it.

Situations we might explore

  • A conversation keeps turning into an argument, even though you intend to stay calm.
  • You are postponing a decision because each option seems to create a different problem.
  • You notice a familiar reaction under pressure and want to understand what triggers it.
  • A relationship or career transition has left you unsure how to respond.
  • You need to raise a difficult issue but are uncertain how to begin.

From awareness to choice

We might look at what happens before a particular reaction, what you assume about another person or what makes a conversation difficult. We can consider other interpretations and explore responses that may be more helpful.

That may mean preparing for a conversation, reconsidering a decision, setting a boundary or accepting something you cannot change.

Understanding your reactions does not remove your responsibility for them. It can, however, give you more choice in how you respond.

A place to think things through

You do not need to arrive with a clear objective or a complete explanation of the problem. We can start with what is troubling you and work from there.
